Owner/Broker Nate Bass is a lifelong Giles County native who was raised in both real estate and agriculture. A third-generation broker, Nate carries on a family legacy built on experience, integrity, and results. On his family farm, he raises commercial cattle and horses and specializes in cattle and equine properties, offering firsthand knowledge that few brokers can match.

With 13 years of personal real estate experience and years of mentorship from his father, Neal Bass, Nate understands what it takes to price property correctly, market strategically, negotiate effectively, and close successfully. His primary focus is listing and selling property — delivering strong results for his clients.
