Traci Perkins grew up in South Giles County in the Prospect/Elkton area. Growing up she watched her parents build a new home every few years learning about design from her father. Years later Traci found herself working with a realty company in Nashville as an accountant, over time her interest in real estate started to surpass accounting. Traci decided to follow her heart and become a realtor. Though having knowledge of real estate from Nashville to the Alabama border she still wanted to serve the areas she grew up in. Traci has joined Bass and Ingram and is excited to help families find their dream home.
